Comment on the process of creating the Web project.I thought creating the Web project was a great way to learn how other Internet sites come about. I wasn't aware of all the work that went into just one page of a site. Creating web pages isn't as hard as I though it would be, it just requires you playing around with features, styles and fonts and picking up some easy-to-follow tips in Dan's web-creating books. It's amazing what following a few simple directions can do for you! I picked up a lot of knowledge on creating web pages (especially application forms) and I actually feel a little smarter! Comment on the process of reviewing the other groups' Web sites. Some of the feedback was beneficial and made us reevaluate portions of our website. It made us go back and look at some aspects of our project we hadn't noticed or thought of before. On the other hand, I was a little uneasy with reviewing the other groups' web sites because I felt it was unfair for me to be critical of them when I am no expert. At the time we did our reviews we had just started and many of us were just learning what creating a website involved; therefore, our project was only a reflection of what we had learned up to that point. For me to tell another group their website lacked this or needed that didn't seem right. Maybe if we waited closer to the end to do reviews we could have offered more valuable advice, since most of us kept improving along the way. Some of the feedback did make us reevaluate portions of our website and we did go back and look at things we hadn't thought of before. So some of the reviews we got were beneficial, but overall I think it would have been best to wait unitl later to review. Discuss the most important thing you have learned while creating the final project.I learned that in order to be productive in creating a final project, everyone has to commit some time and brain power. No one person can do all of it on their own. It takes everyone's ideas compiled together and everyone working together to come out with a successful or satisfying final project. I learned that in doing group work there will always be members who work harder than the others and those who have the better ideas, but that's what makes group work so interesting. The different combinations of personalities makes it that much more fun. Group #4 was AWESOME!!
